What SDP is the Snom sending to the GW? What SDP is the GW responding to the Snom? If you compare these to the SDP offer/answer when the call is made in the reverse direction, do you see a difference? In the example you gave, it contains streams for audio and one for video, but for the audio, all the media formats are presented as part of the first "m". That is true. But the second media stream could be audio as well. And the two media streams could have different ptime attributes.
