RFC 3261 section "10.2 Constructing the REGISTER Request", Page No.58 has a reference to Contact header field as below: Contact: REGISTER requests MAY contain a Contact header field with zero or more values containing address bindings. If UAC do not put "Contact" header field in a REGISTER request, how UAS (Registrar) will form the address binding which will be store into location service? Whether binding is prepared with the help of "TO" or "FROM" header in REGISTER request?
