I think you have run into a routing issue here with Brekeke (aka Ondo). Record-Route: <sip:172.16.10.124:5060;lr>
Try calling Xlite from itself (Xlite supports a user calling itself). If it fails, try disabling loose routing. You mentioned that a call from SNOM -> XLITE succeeds. Does SNOM use loose routing in the Record-Route header? I hope that helps.
