Hi,
The Call-ID that is generated is a globally unique over space
and time. The Tag's that are generated are unique,
But not over space and time. In such a case, it may happen that two
different UA's may generate the same Tag data.

SIP says that Dialog is peer to peer relationship.
When INVITE is originated UA inserts From-tag , and in response the
other end UA inserts To-tag.
so here whats the use of Call-Id, when both of them has obtained
uniqueness.?
