Hi!

This RFC states that if the value of the 'setup' attribute is 'holdconn' in
the offer then the answer should also be 'holdconn'.
This means that no endpoint can initiate a connection to the other for the
time being.
But, how do they initiate a connection then? Isn't this a deadlocked state?
One solution, as I see, can be to initiate a new offer/answer but doesn't
that keep the port on which 'holdconn' is set occupied?
Am I correct?
What happens if over an existing connection you send the 'holdconn' in a
re-INVITE?
Can anyone please clarify this.

Thanks and regards,
Mayank
