After the Registrar has received a Registeration request asking for the removal of some bindings, the Rgistrar returns 200 OK with remaining bindings and their corresponding expires if any. If there are no bindings left for that particular User Agent Client, obviously the Registrar returns a 200 OK with no bindings.
