If the message "INVITE [EMAIL PROTECTED] SIP/2.0" received at
uaIPAddress, then it would be the decision of UA to reject or accept.
If the UA is flexible enough then it can accept the Request otherwise it
can reject by sending "404 Not Found".

An additional acceptable behavior is for the device to act as a proxy
for this request, and send it onward (to registrarIPAddress) under the
rules of RFC 3263. (That would most likely cause it to go to the
proxy, which would translate the AOR into the contact address, and
eventually the request would arrive at the device again.)

Some devices will accept any request that arrives at its listening
port, regardless of the request-URI. But that is not desirable
behavior, as it provides no diagnostic feedback if the request has
been badly mis-routed.
