Hello Dan, Are you referring to additional differences between the grammar of attribute names or differences between the RFC2327 and RFC4566 syntax in general?
If you are referring to the general case as H.248.49 Appendix I.2 (and in particular I.2.4) does enumerate the other changes. I think your text is good for a stand alone description of the problem but given that it will be integrated into the existing document I think the spirit of your proposal is covered in the existing text.
