For example, when a TEL URI containing parameters is converted to SIP
URI, the parameters become part of the username:

- TEL URI:        tel:+12345678;ext=200
- TEL to SIP:    sip:+12345678;ext=...@somedomain.org;user=phone


Also, if you review the BNF grammar for a SIP URI username, you'll
realize that using ";" and "=" is 100% valid.
