Yes, but it's not mandatory From URI to be unchanged within a dialog (the only 
requeriment is From tag to be the same).
In the other side the Contact URI must be unchanged within the dialog (except 
if a peer changes it in a re-INVITE, but then it could add the same URI custom 
param). The point is that bob must mirror the alice's Contact (including URI 
params) for in-dialog requests from bob to alice.
