And as we know from experience, 15 minutes is the barest minimum for a  
topic on which there is discussion. I only felt these could get  
anything done in 30 minutes for two because there is some overlap.

Now, if we could get this stuff discussed effectively on list BEFORE  
the meeting, I'd be delighted to dedicate more time to the topics that  
are keeping us all awake at night.
