No, there is to my knowledge no such prefix.

In fact, such an approach is contraindicated by use cases:

One might envision a dual-mode phone that registers the same number  
concurrently via mobile protocols and SIP.

Callers from the mobile or PSTN world would probably reach it via  
mobile, and callers from the Internet would reach it via SIP. But even  
that isn't cut-and-dried, since a phone-switch or pbx somewhere on the  
route between a mobile caller and the dual-mode phone might do a least- 
cost path determination and decide to gateway the call to SIP for the  
remainder of the path. Even more confusingly, there are scenarios  
where several such translations might occur.
