It says "you MUST support sets with a least 2".

If an implementor is dumb enough to not understand that "supporting a set" 
implies
registering and not just looking at it, maybe he shouldn't be writing software. 
What
else could it mean?

I don't think we can remove the battery life text. It's better to have
a single proxy (which may fail) than a dead phone when your battery is running 
low.

Again, if you think the text is not strong enough try to propose something 
concrete 
(i.e., TEXT).
