Replace A or C or both to be an Enterprise, lather, rinse, repeat.
But there're also cases where even if A and C are providers, that B would want 
to transcode, strip or modify ISUP mime, and convert number formats; this seems 
especially true in international transit peering.  And they almost all seem to 
want to replace the call-id.
