yes, unless B2BUA-X and B2BUA-Y talk to each other.  my point is that
you cannot write a sip spec that prohibits signalling and media from
using different paths/ip addresses.

if your environment is such that it will not work, then you have to
configure your UA in such a way that it always uses same path/ip
address.  i don't see how this would be a protocol issue.
