I think Kenny Rogers (or Don Schlitz) said it best: You got to know when to 
hold 'em, know when to fold 'em. :)

If we can't agree on the right model for all INFO usages, then it's better to 
punt.  I don't think it will cause interop issues, because this is just a base 
spec and the details will be in the packages.
