My concern was more that it has nothing to do with implementations - it has to 
do with use.  I find many new drafts getting early implementation at Sipit's 
yet not finding them in actual use or even GA code.  Just because we publish an 
RFC does not mean a heck of a lot as to whether the market will use it.  :(
