Hi,

the remote-IP address must be the last parameter. Instead of

sipp 128.91.2.22 -l 5 -m 10 -r 1 -sf BUDDYSUB.xml -trace_err –trace_msg
try
sipp -l 5 -m 10 -r 1 -sf BUDDYSUB.xml -trace_err –trace_msg 128.91.2.22
