Doesn't the Cseq 2 imply this is already answering a 401, maybe a rough conclusion. If so, maybe the SIP express router doesn't have nathelper. I don't think we get "392 192.168.100.14:6060 "Noisy feedback tells" just for no authentication. I could be wrong. It's early for me and not enough cola yet.
