Yes, the outline you pointed shows you expect a 202, but the output you
copied shows SIPp only expects to send the REFER and then terminates... It
is not expecting a 202 so it logs a Dead Call when one arrives... The
complete xml would be helpful to analyse the problem and check if you have
some syntax error....
