The problem dissolved.
I did not understand the cause.
However, the problem dissolved by having performed two following work.

*I took the wrong method of the port setting of Asterisk.
*I did a hardware reboot.
 (I did a software reboot after a setting change until now.)

I thank for advice of Rob and Moritz.
