I'm having an issue trying to run SIPp in the background. I'm running this
on a clean Ubuntu 12.04 server updated and upgrade to latest today. I have
tried both the downloaded 3.4 version, and the 3.4branch checked out from
Git to make sure, same results with both. I'm running this as root, and
the command is:
sipp -sf uac_pcap_video_only.xml beta.mydomain.com -s dan -m 1 -aa -r 1 -rp
1000 -l 1 -mp 10000 -t tn -d 30000 -i 10.185.218.35 -trace_err -trace_msg
-skip_rlimit
This works just fine, but then if I add -bg to the end of it:
sipp -sf uac_pcap_video_only.xml beta.edifire.com -s dan -m 1 -aa -r 1 -rp
1000 -l 1 -mp 10000 -t tn -d 30000 -i 10.185.218.35 -trace_err -trace_msg
-skip_rlimit -bg
In the log file I get:
2014-02-03 13:54:01.826652 1391435641.826652: Failed to add FD to epoll,
errno = 1 (Operation not permitted).
Thoughts?
