You don't need to configure a user. Every conference automatically injects an alias redirecting the call to the freeswitch conference bridge. Check the Job Status page: do you see configuration pushed successfully. Do you see aliases replicated? Also check the Diagnostic->Services page: you should see freeswitch conference bridge running.
