Also running into a similar (perhaps identical) issue. On 3.11.3-012749
(Centos 5).

Created a conference with an number of 266. In looking through Job
status this seems to "look" fine.

File replication: conference_admission.xml      
Data replication: alias         
File replication: conference_configuration.xml  FreeSWITCH reload
configuration

These are all completed. I don't think the ALIAS is there though. It's
only referenced in the Postgres DB as meetme_conference with the
extension, but the user_alias table is blank (I have no other aliases
setup at this time).

I believe that nothing is actually getting replicated as such. Any
thoughts on where to look?

You don't need to configure a user. Every conference automatically 
injects an alias redirecting the call to the freeswitch conference
bridge.
Check the Job Status page: do you see configuration pushed successfully.

Do you see aliases replicated?
Also check the Diagnostic->Services page: you should see freeswitch 
conference bridge running.
