There should be a way to access an existing CSR that does not risk
generating a new one.  It may turn out (often does, in fact) that I
can't use the CSR immediately - I need to get some DNS information, get
a D&B id, send in a blood sample, something... it may be days later.
I'll leave how to protect against this error to all you GUI folks.
