Well, actually, "kick" is more concise than "kick out" - just like 
"conference" is more concise than "teleconference", "telephone 
conference", or "voice over ip telephone conference".

I'm obviously being a bit facetious with that last one, but the point is 
- is it more important to be dictionary-correct or concise and easy to 
understand?
