The test passes on a Counterpath phone (SMC 3455).. The call is rejected
with a 420 Bad Extension.

!?! Really !?!

Are you telling me that _no_one_ is checking Requires? 

Has anyone this test with a Counterpath phone?  (I ask because it uses
the resiprocate stack and I just can't believe they didn't check
this...)
