Here is my scenario:
I have created a hunt group extn 333 enabled with the following call
sequence:
Initial call 220 30 seconds
If no response 222 30 seconds
Set up a pidgin client with the IM user 220 and enable myassistant
Steps:
From the user 221 make a call to hunt group extn 333.
As the initial user in the hunt group 220 starts ringing disconnect the
call from 221.
Now from myassistant of user 220, execute the command 'missed'
Result:
You have no missed calls today
Observation:
CDR Historic page shows : call from 221 to 333 as 'Abandoned'
Please let me know whether it is an expected behavior or a bug with
myassistant since the call from 333 to 220 is not listed under missed call?
