Hi, With regard to http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-9380, I'm implementing "recipe" functionality of OpenACD to queue and queue group.
All the recipe steps will be available from edit queue/queue group page: http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/27162/EditQueueGroup.png and every recipe step can be managed as in mock: http://track.sipfoundry.org/secure/attachment/27164/EditRecipeStep.png Any feedback really appreciated.
