Also, it's not clear what a "tick" is.   I'm not asking you to explain
it to me here, just telling you the UI does not communicate it.
Remember, don't just copy the old UI, try to understand how the
recipes work and start from there.

I think one of the biggest challenges is all the crazy things you can
do inside recipes, like embedding other recipes as just one example.
You might want to explore the entire set of actions/action data and
see if the simple UI have have can still work capture them all.
