We are recording our own dutch language prompts, with our own company voice, but encountered some problems. When time is played, let’s say 1:25pm, the caller hears “one, twenty-five PM” In dutch it should be: “One hour, twenty-five” (spoken in dutch offcourse). I noticed the prompt “hour” is available, but it seems the prompt is not used. Is there some way to alter the use of prompts, and the arrangements of prompts, so we could add the prompt “hour”?
