Does anyone have a detailed explanation of what the different ACD queue modes do? The options are
acd-queue.call-connect-scheme.label.1=Bridge acd-queue.call-connect-scheme.label.2=Transfer acd-queue.call-connect-scheme.label.3=Conference acd-queue.call-connect-scheme.label.4=Cut through Conference is the default and I can probably assume how transfer operates but I'm not sure exactly what "Bridge" and "Cut through" do. I know that openacd is the new replacement but it doesnt fit some of our requirements yet so I'm trying to see if the old ACD can do what i want. -m
