Hi Mike:

This is exactly what I'm trying to do. However, I attempted to do it under 
"Devices" -> "Gateways" -> Dial plan of selected gateway. This gives the option 
of adding a prefix to all outgoing calls. Sorry about the explanation folks, I 
thought it was clear.

Using your method in the custom dial plan, how would I add the extra digits 
without a user having to dial it?
