I am usıng Nortel 1535 phones and i created new User and after trying to
register it, i saw "Successfully registered".
That is why i am thinking that it is registered. But i can not find the reason
of why i am getting 404.
May it be related to TCP/UDP?
Besides, do i have to define a dial plan for incoming calls?

Remember that whether a phone can make outgoing calls has nothing to do
with whether it is registered.
