Thanks for your answers. I solved my problem. It was a configuration issue that is related to SIP Trunk gateway.

What you should be seeing is "4000"<sip:4...@[your sip domain]> If 47.165.158.121 is your gateway's IP, the URI you see is directing the call to go to the gateway, which is then expected to interpret the user part "4000;user=phone;phone-context=national". Presumably it is not doing that successfully. Also, it is odd to see ";user=phone;phone-context=national" in the user part. You certainly don't want that. You are going to have to fix the configuration of whatever is generating those INVITEs. Dale
