Hi gang, more noob questions,

I've just had a new Samsung Ubigate gateway installed on a digital link to 
my Siemens PBX, but we're having some teething troubles.  Call quality is 
now excellent, but users are complaining about calls suddenly dropping 
part way into the call, and I've got the Samsung lab engineers on the case 
right now.  However, I've noticed that any call going through the gateway 
is still showing as active in my call records on Sip-X,.  The only calls 
in the historic area are IP to IP or ones that clearly faiiled.  Any ideas 
what might be causing this issue?  What the gateway is doing wrong to not 
stop the records?  I'm running 3.10.2 untouched from the build disc.
