Still need to know bootrom and firmware on the phone. It might just be
relevant, or at least make sure the bootrom is 4.2 and the firmware is 3.1.2.

When you are on a call, how in the world is bandwidth.com sending you another
call? It should be ringing busy. They shouldn't be doing that. Have them turn
off call waiting if for whatever reason they have it on.

My opinion is that if you have ONE trunk and are on an active call using it and
get another call, that the audio is being interrupted by the ITSP. If so, it
(call waiting) shouldn't be turned on for the account. If this is the case no
amount of settings would make it controllable by sipx. When all your trunks are
busy, it should ring busy, not give you a call waiting indication from the
ITSP, but if you have multiple trunks and you get a second call, that would be
normal and should work. Does anyone else have an opinion on this? Can you call
bandwidth.com and confirm you have ONE trunk and they do not have call waiting
enabled?
