What version of sipx are you using?
Is your server IP statc or using STUN?
Did you remove the subnets in the schema that are not part of your local
network?
Are any of the remote firewalls using an Application Layer Gateway on the
firewall?

I have setup up my SIpxecs server on a public ip address and I have phones from
different private networks trying to connect to the SIPxecs server.

But they are behind Nat and Pat firewalls. They manage to register themselves
with the server but donot speak to themselves. There are no successful calls
not even one between any phones./div>

I tested the same phones worked percfectly when connected to the same
lan(subnet) as the server before putting the server on the public IP address.

can some one help me with this problem.

Thanks,
Emery Konda
