This is a simple setup that I am trying to work out.

Call comes into system and is routed to ext 6...@sip

6...@sip is setup to be a Hunt group. This hunt group is setup for just 1
phone. That 1 phone rings for 6 seconds. If there is no pickup I have this hunt
group routing to the next hunt group 6...@sip

6...@sip is setup to be a hunt group with many extensions. This hunt group
includes the extension from the first hunt group and aprox 10 more ext. If no
one answers it is then routed to an AA after a total of 14 seconds of calling.

The reason for this is I want the Receptionist phone to ring first for 6
seconds, then ring the receptionist phone and all other phones for another 8
seconds. If no one picks up it goes to an AA.

The issue is that the Receptionist phone (polycom) rings on the first ring
group, but not the second. If I swap out her phone for a cisco phone everything
works fine. So my conclusion is that it is probably a configuration inside the
polycom config.
