This hunt group is setup for just 1 phone. That 1 phone rings for 6 seconds. The reason for this is I want the Receptionist phone to ring first for 6 seconds, then ring the receptionist phone and all other phones for another 8 seconds. If no one picks up it goes to an AA. The issue is that the Receptionist phone (polycom) rings on the first ring group, but not the second. If I swap out her phone for a cisco phone everything works fine. So my conclusion is that it is probably a configuration inside the polycom config.
