We just did a Polycom deployment with 4.0.1 and had no issue with MoH. If using sipXbrdige, we disable MoH in sipxbrdige because we let the phones do the reinvite. that way we have Moh both internally and externally. We used this firmware: Fimrware 3.1.3 Rev C Bootloader 4.1.2
