Thank you. That helped for the systems that did not work. They now forward, but what about the system that worked all along? Can this be a bug since it worked without empty asserted identity?

The From header is preserved to be the incoming caller's From header provided the ITSP supports P-Asserted-Identity. Otherwise, the From: header is the caller ID of the account ( it will be set by the Proxy server ). You can try making the following setting: In the "Advanced" section of your ITSP configuration page, deselect "Default asserted identity" checkbox and leave the filed for the asserted identity blank.
