If you are absolutely convinced this is a bug, the correct procedure is to start an issue and attach the sipx-snapshot to that issue along with an extracted sipx-trace of the failing call. Please do that, or extract the sipx-trace using the relevant call-id's and post that information to the mailing list. Private mails with snapshots receive low priority.
sipx-snapshot will remove all passwords and other sensitive information from the snapshot so you have no worries on that score.
