If it is a case that you want one phone to dial out on one gateway, and the other to dial out on the other gateway, I have some ideas on that.
You need to configure the gateways under Devices/Gateways as non-shared On the same screen, change the Location to the group you want to access the gateway. This will allow that particular group, and only that group, to access those trunks. However ,you also now need to define the dial plan - how they will use those trunks. Go to System, Dial Plan and select the individual dial plans you want to use for that gateway and add the gateway to that Dial Rule. Now, that gateway, when selected, can use those dial plan rules for dialing. The question will be is it accessing the gateway and getting denied by the gateway, or is it getting denied by sipXecs because of a dial string issue, lack of permission, etc. You can see from a packet capture where this is happening by who is giving the error to you. most likely, dial plan or permissions, I get no packet trace. One suggestion I have is to go into the phones configuration, go to Dialplan, and the first option - change it to "send immediately". Not saying this will fix anything, or point you to your problem, but I find it helps me personally as it busies out as soon as you dial a mismatch string. You can make adjustments for those strings further down in the page. phone is cisco 7960, with a dialplan option, but there is no dialplan* for it in tcpdroot, so I assume its not using a phone dial plan. (and I can make outbound calls) basically, I got a skype sip number and an ipcoms number. Individually, I can figure out how to make outbound calls and get inbound calls. trying to get 'phone1' to make all outbound via skype trunk, and phone2 to make outbound via ipcomms trunk. I disabled all the (conflicting) dial plans. as I said, I suspect its a permissions or dial plan problem, I just need to find it.
