Hi!
When using the acd of 4.0.4 i find that there is a delay in transferring the
call to the agent when the receiver is lifted. The delay makes it impossible
to speak as soon as you have lifted the receiver. If you do the other
party will
miss the first seconds of what you say. There is reportedly a beep
heard a short moment after you pick up. If you start to talk then
everything is fine.
Calling to same phone using hunt group works perfectly without delay.
Is this how it should be?
They are using Snom 320 phones.
