Scott,
   Earlier you said this sort of feature is not likely to be accepted, now you 
say its in 4.2 (?).

  If its already there I somehow missed it, how do you provide a custom per 
phone sip.cfg w/o hacking on the .vm templates in 4.2 (SVN tip of trunk)?
