I also have found it somewhat difficult to find things on the wiki, but have been able to find some helpful things eventually. Regarding getting answers to posts...I missed the first important post in this forum that said if you wanted people to read and reply to your postings you should signup for the mailing list (digest) so your postings get emailed as well as posted.
