I am having problems w/ the sipXecs auto attendant (ext 100) not working at all. I tried calling it internally and it just gives me a busy tone. I am able to call the voicemail attendant (ext 101) though. Any ideas on how to fix this? here are some of the troubleshooting i have done on this 1. restarted auto attendant service/rebooted sipXecs and phones 2. confirmed auto attendant service is on running status and the dial plan for it is enabled 3. confirmed that the autoattendant.wav is working.....was able to listen to it from the features tab 4. confirmed autoattendant "options" values are on default
