Yes, it's non HD. My test was just to see if the two polycom's talking together would sound any better than other phones. Tony explains that an HD phone does indeed need to be talking to another HD phone in order to get HD Voice. I hope to test that out tomorrow, really curious as to what that sounds like. Mike
