Hi ! I am using Polycom 331 phones, 3.2.3 SIP load, 4.2.2 bootrom. Using the 4.2.0 ISO install.
When I have a shared user assigned to a few 331 phones, and I put a call on hold, the screen shows two calls. If I take another call and put it on hold (2 calls total), the screen of that phone will show 4 calls on hold. Also, the other phones with the shared appearance are not able to choose which call to pickup at this point, they only have the flashing Line 1 key, but cannot scroll through the active calls (2 or 4 for that matter). Has anyone experienced this behavior ?
